Italy 2004 - Capalbio

Capalbio is a medieval town on a hill near the coast North of Rome. I fell in love with the place. It has little streets, a walkway around the town wall, and lots of signs of modern people living an old way of life.

	This is Roberto, our waiter and the owner of the restaurant we had dinner at (one of the best dinners in Italy). I begged for a recipe (successfully in the end), got invited into the kitchen to meet the whole family, and stayed for an hour making friends.
